Yes, there are two scenarios that warrant a full refund, per our refund policy.  If we incorrectly print a file that you submitted correctly, we will provide a full refund.  Additionally, if your order has been paid, but files have not been submitted we can provide a full refund.  Design fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.  Once a file and payment have been submitted, the job is considered "in production" and cannot be refunded.

Paypal is a trusted third party that handles all refunds.  Because we do not know what method of payment you used, we process the refund through paypal, our payment processor.  Your refund will come to you via the same method you used to pay, i.e., credit card, paypal account, bank account, etc.  Typcially refunds should appear in your account withing 5-7 days.
