Payment Terms
All orders must be prepaid due to the speed of our turnaround. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express via PayPal. If you choose to pay by check or echeck, your order will not print until the check has cleared. This will cause a significant delay in your order. If you submit a check and there are insufficient funds we will charge a $50 Insufficient Funds Fee before reprocessing your order. Cash payments are accepted in person only and at the discretion of Flyers ASAP Inc. Orders paid for by CASH will not be submitted for printing until cash is received. Under no circumstances will FlyersASAP print a job COD or give credit terms.
Quotations/Estimates
Prices posted on this website are subject to change without notice. Written estimates are good for 14 days. An estimate not PAID within 14 days may be changed.
Orders
FlyersASAP reserves the right to use its sole discretion in refusing to print anything it deems improper or known to be illegal. Flyers ASAP is not liable for any damages resulting from unwitting violation of copyright laws or illegal use of trade names or slogans. The client guarantees the legal title of all matter submitted to Flyers ASAP for printing and/or publication.
Refund/Return Policy
All sales are final. There are no returns on flyers that have been submitted for printing. Design fee refunds are handled on a case by case due to the intellectual property being delivered. This means that once a file is submitted, the customer has until 8pm to cancel an order placed for printing. There are no returns. Please review the file submission guidelines, cutt-off times, and file format requirements prior to ordering. This information can be found on our website at the bottom of each page. Color is never guaranteed in gang run printing, and files not submitted EXACTLY according to the file requirments listed on www.flyersasap.com/new-file.php may have borders or sizing adjusted to meet the requirements of the print job. Any reprint requests due to not meeting file guidelines are at full cost.
Liability
FlyersASAP’s liability shall be limited to the stated selling price to the customer of any defective goods, and shall in no event include special, consequential, incidental, indirect or similar damages, including without limitation, lost profits. FlyersASAP warrants that every product manufactured by it meets industry standard for such product and is free of any material defect in workmanship. IT IS EXPRESSLY AGREED THAT THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR USE AND MERCHANTABILITY. FlyersASAP makes no other warranty and no actions or words of FlyersASAP or its officers, employees or agents shall constitute a warranty.
Alterations/Corrections
Client alterations must be specified in writing and must include all corrections or changes from the original specifications. Such work will be charged at our current rates.
Pick Up/Delivery
Flyers ASAP offers convenient local pick up in Atlanta, GA as well as shipment nation-wide. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information when ordering. Flyers ASAP is not responsible for shipping delays related to incorrect shipping information. The customer is responsible for picking up flyers in a timely manner. Due to limited space, flyers will only be held for 14 days. After that time, they will be discarded and/or recycled.
Privacy Statement
Any information FlyersASAP collects from order processing or from any inquiries is not shared with any other company. Your information is only used for contact, billing, and shipping purposes.
Samples
FlyersASAP might use your product for samples or advertising purposes ONLY.
Images/Copyright
Please do not provide pictures of objects or people that you do not have authorized access to use. Flyers ASAP assumes no responsibility for images you provide for your artwork to be completed. Shipping Changes and Shipping Methods
Due to our quick turnaround, shipping methods selected on our online ordering page are final and cannot be changed once the order is submitted. We will not upgrade or change the shipping method that was selected on our online ordering page. Also, we will not use any other form of shipping that is not one of our pre-determined shipping options.
Shipping & Postal Delivery Times
All delivery dates are estimate. FlyersASAP is not responsible for delays caused by the U.S. Post Office. FlyersASAP has no control over the U.S. Postal Service, United Parcel Service or any other common carriers' delivery schedules and cannot guarantee when mail or shipments deposited with or released to these carriers will be delivered. FlyersASAP responsibility is limited to preparing your mailing and completing delivery to the U.S. Postal Service. Under no circumstance is a refund or credit to be issued for cost of postage. The customer understands that additional fees may be levied if addresses or art provided does not meet postal regulations. These additional charges will be automatically billed to the credit card used in the original transaction. The customer cannot dispute charges for postage, additional postage or processing fees levied by USPS or FlyersASAP due to negligence in following USPS guidelines. Finalization of Sales and Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of your print job, all sales are final once they have entered production. All Sales Are Final.
